So one of the main reasons that I want to be Betty Draper from Mad Men is because of the way she dresses. So cleary when I stumbled on this jacket (blue) at the Nordstrom Rack, marked down from $288 to $89.90, I bought it.

Luckily, my birthday is in a couple weeks (22? sounds kind of awkward, but okay) so it's semi-justified.
In other sort of fashion related news, I saw "The Imaginarium or Dr. Parnassus" yesterday (more on the film later) and was pretty impressed by model/actress Lily Cole. Much of this may have been because she's beautiful and makes me jealous because for whatever reason I get the most jealous of pretty redheads because I have red hair and therefore would like to be endowed with the general hotness (if you're of the same opinion of my boyfriend) that goes with it. Anyways, here's a picture of her; I knew I'd seen her and had a similar reaction when thumbing through Vogue a few years ago.

Also, this is the particular ad, from a few years ago for Moschino's perfume "I Love Love", that I noticed her from:

I always thought the ad was pretty cool (how do you get that job, Art Direction for photoshoots? can someone just let me do it, please?) and her face is really interesting/pretty/she looks like a pixie. And she's apparently controversial for posing in Playboy which is always.
Mayhaps I shall have legitimate insight in some days, if I remove myself from iPhone (hooray for Christmas) long enough to access a legitimate keyboard.
